Vista Jardin

Vista Jardin is a very unique project, in that it required the relocation of a 2-story Victorian-style home to the adjacent parcel prior to construction. KIRE Builders worked with local community leaders to develop a creative solution to preserve a piece of National City’s past while paving the way for its future. The new community consists of 10 market rate apartments and the residents enjoy private garages and benefit from its close proximity to schools, retail amenities, and public transportation.
