Sol Haus is a 147-unit multifamily residential project located in San Diego’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Lincoln Park is home to a diverse community in the heart of San Diego’s blue collar employment zone: close to downtown, Naval Base San Diego – Home of the United States Pacific Fleet, and the South Bay merchant marine industry.
The Project will benefit from California’s Property Tax Welfare Exemption program, which will exempt the Property from ad valorem property taxes. All of the project units will be deed restricted affordable. 141 units will be affordable for households earning 80% of Area Median Income. Six of the units will be affordable for households earning 60% of Area Median Income.
